Right of withdrawal

1) Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.

2) How to withdraw (it's easy)

Send us a clear statement by email or post that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
A form is not necessary. It is sufficient, for example, to provide your order number and the sentence: "I withdraw."

3) Refund (Consequences of withdrawal)

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we have received from you within 14 days at the latest from the day your withdrawal reaches us.

Since our shipping to you is free, there are no refundable shipping costs for this.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier.

4) Return & Costs

You must return the goods to us within 14 days at the latest from the day you inform us of the withdrawal.

• The outbound shipping (shipping to you) is free.

• You bear the costs of the return shipping.

5) Compensation for loss of value

You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
