Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Area
We ship worldwide. You can see which countries are currently supplied in the checkout.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping to you (outbound shipping) is free of charge, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
You bear the costs for returns (return shipping) within the scope of a withdrawal.
3. Shipping Service Providers
Depending on the destination country, shipping method, and availability, we ship with various shipping and logistics providers (e.g., DHL, DPD, Hermes, or similar).
4. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and handed over to the shipping service provider within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received, unless different information is displayed for the product.
5. Delivery Time
The delivery time depends on the destination country and the respective shipping service provider. The estimated delivery time is displayed in the checkout or with the product.
Please note: weekends and holidays may extend delivery.
6. Shipment Tracking
If available for the chosen shipping method, you will receive an email with a tracking link after dispatch to track your shipment.
7. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties (outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT, and other fees may apply. These are levied by the authorities of the destination country and are to be borne by the recipient. We have no influence on the amount or collection of these costs.
8. Undeliverable Shipments / Incorrect Address
Please check your delivery address carefully.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of acceptance, or non-collection, we may incur return shipping costs. In this case, we reserve the right to invoice these costs or deduct them from a refund, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Transport Damage
Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@honigwasser.com and, if possible, send photos of the packaging and the damaged item. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Returns / Withdrawal
You bear the costs for returns within the scope of a withdrawal.
