Order & Availability
How do I order from Honigwasser?
Select your model and product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. There, you'll enter your delivery address and payment method to complete your order.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible via info@honigwasser.com. We will then check if it is still possible.
Do you offer pre-orders?
No, we currently do not offer pre-orders.
What does waiting list / availability notification mean?
If a product is sold out, you may be able to sign up for a notification. This is not a reservation or purchase, but only an alert once the product is available again.
Payment
What payment methods do you offer?
Depending on the country and availability, you can pay with credit card (Shopify Payments), PayPal, and Klarna (e.g., invoice / Pay Later / Instant).
Do you offer Klarna installment payments?
No, we currently do not offer Klarna installment payments.
My payment isn't working. What can I do?
Please first check your entries or try another payment method. If it still doesn't work, contact us via info@honigwasser.com.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. You can see which countries are currently served in the checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to you (outbound shipping) is free, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping service provider. You can see the estimated delivery time at checkout or on the product page.
Do I get tracking information?
Yes, if available for the selected shipping method, you will receive an email with a tracking link after shipment.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes on international orders?
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT, and other fees may apply. These are levied by the authorities of the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.
Returns, Cancellation & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.
Who bears the cost of returns?
You are responsible for the costs of returns (return shipping) within the scope of a cancellation.
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact us first via info@honigwasser.com with your order number. We will then tell you how to proceed.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the amount according to our cancellation policy via the original payment method.
Product & Quality
Are your cases made of genuine leather?
For the appropriately marked models, we use genuine leather. Material information can always be found directly on the respective product page.
Why might my case look slightly different from the pictures?
Materials like leather can have natural differences in texture, color, and surface. That's precisely what makes each piece special.
How do I find the right phone model?
Please select your device from the product options and carefully check the model designation before purchasing. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us beforehand.
Problems with the order
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible via info@honigwasser.com and, if possible, send us photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
I received the wrong item. What now?
We're sorry. Please send us your order number and a photo of the item you received to info@honigwasser.com so we can investigate quickly.
My tracking isn't updating. What should I do?
Please first check the tracking link. Especially for international shipments, delays can occur. If there's no movement for a longer period, please contact us with your order number.
Vouchers & Discount Codes
Can I combine multiple discount codes?
Generally, only one discount code can be redeemed per order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Can I apply a discount code retrospectively?
Discount codes can generally only be redeemed during checkout and are not applicable retrospectively to completed orders.
Do you offer gift cards?
If gift cards are available in the shop, they can be redeemed at checkout. Availability will be displayed in the shop.
